Travertine Stucco wall finish features large grains of marble. This unique texture allows for the creation of a natural, dragged travertine appearance or a pitted effect. The result is a textured finish that resembles gritty natural stone. Travertine plaster can also be used to create an internal modern render effect.

Travertine Stucco Venetian Polished Plaster can have Lucido and Marmorino Stucco applied over the top in banded sections, Banding can look like large slabs of marble that are carved into the wall complimenting both plasters used

All of our venetian plaster orders are expertly pre-mixed using a professional colour accurate tint machine system to ensure precise measurements and consistent colours. Avoid the hassle of mixing and get reliable results every time. Perfect for a flawless finish.
We recommend ordering 1KG buckets when starting your job for a few reasons. Our colours online are used as a guideline due to different viewing devices/screens meaning colours may vary and look slightly different in person. 1KG's are the perfect way to not only check colours but also produce a sample for your client(s) and test our venetian wall plaster. Every venetian plasterer has their own unique trowel skills when it comes to applying venetian plasters.
Due to the nature of venetian plaster colours hues and tones can be affected by the following - lighting, application / drying times, background surfaces and viewing devices can all change the final aesthetics of the finished plaster.
All orders are mixed to order and with the above information in mind we do not offer refunds on tinted plaster products.

- 2/3 days process dependant on drying times and application
- Allow 1 day drying time between each layer of venetian polished plaster
- Primer base - Drying time 1+Hour
- Travertine plasters can be finished in 1 or 2 coats using a finishing trowel and also a brush trowel
- Coat(s) applied at grain thickness to cover primer base and create either a base coat or finished surface
- After a small area has been covered sponge the surface or flat trowel the area. You can lightly spray the Travertine surface or trowel with water to help the trowelling process passing back over very gently with your trowel 2-3 times, As the travertine stucco dry's you can apply slightly more pressure depending on desired effect
- Finished with 2 coats of Natural Liquid Bees Wax. Alternatively 1 coat of Metallic Bees Wax can be used to complete travertine with gold/silver effects. Always test Metallic wax(s) on a small area first
