We have a 30 day return policy after receiving your item to request a return

This 30 day returns policy applies to (unused) white plasters, primers, wax and tools

Please note that we cannot offer a refund for items which are personalised or made to order. These items include plasters that are tinted and pre mixed. We do state on our website that the colours on offer are used for guidance and that 1KG pots are recommended to check your colours and make samples for your job/client

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging "box and bucket/container". You will need the invoice as proof of purchase to hand.We will require your name/address and order number to track down your order on our system.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@venetianplasterartisans.co.uk or via our contact page.
When opening a returns claim please bare in mind depending on the situation you may have to return the item(s) at your expense or if you require collection service via us this cost will be deducted off the full amount of the refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process any refund

Damages/missing items other issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the order is damaged/missing item(s) or if you receive the wrong item/any other problems, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep hold of any damaged items to help us fully resolve the situation

We will respond to you and may ask for photo evidence of your order as well contacting our delivery company to track further details about the delivery
