How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim for your order to be dispatched to you between 1 to 3 working days after we receive your order.

All orders are processed between Monday - Friday.

Please be mindful if you place your order over a bank holiday, there might be slight delays

Can I track my order?

When we complete your order you will receive an email from us containing a link with your tracking details. This is also an indicator that your order has been processed and posted out to you. Our courier may also contact you via email/mobile number with further delivery updates.

If you are not available to take delivery you will be carded with more options to redeliver

Will my items come in one package/box?

If you have ordered multiple different items, they may be sent in separate box's to help protect your plaster buckets, tools etc in transit. Your boxed items should arrive all at the same time

How much time do I have to notify of any problems?

We take customer service very seriously and want each and every one of our customers to be truly satisfied with their purchase.

Please contact us either by phone or email if you have any problems with your order within 24 hours of your delivery. This allows us to quickly address any issues and also inform our couriers

Is Venetian Polished Plaster Water/Grease proof?

Our current Venetian Polished Plaster range is aimed more towards natural decorative wall finish's

Our wax's offer protection against dirt/grime, they are water-repellent but not fully water proof

We do not recommend our current range of products on surfaces that have direct contact with water in bathrooms or to be applied as kitchen splash backs in regards to hot fats and grease been able to soak into the naturally porous lime surface

You can use Venetian Polished Plasters as feature walls in these areas "bathrooms + splash backs" with the above information in mind.

Example: The majority of your kitchen splash back is Venetian Plaster but where hot fats and grease could be an issue you use a glass/wooden kitchen hob splash back

What type of wall surface/conditions are needed for Venetian Polished Plaster to applied onto?

We always recommend fully dry, freshly skimmed/plastered walls. You can primer base over painted walls that are free from cracks and uneven surfaces. If your walls are fairly even you can fill and sand the wall back to near perfect conditions making sure to remove all dust. You can then use our primer base as normal and apply Venetian Plaster.

Be mindful Venetian Plaster when complete is only 1-3mm thick. Your final finish will reflect the wall condition beneath

Your website delivery options are not available in my area what can I do?

Venetian Plaster Artisans currently send the bulk of our orders out within the UK and Northern Ireland with our website delivery costs and services currently setup for this.
